We have had users report issues with their microphone when using TeleHealth. So far it seems to be related only to Laptops using Conexant Audio
This appears to be an issue related to chrome, and in the follwing article, we found the steps to resolve the issue, outlined below.
- Go to "chrome://flags"
- Search for Raw Audio Capture
- Change it to Disabled
- Relaunch Browser
Your mic should work now.
